I am available for projects starting April 2017. If you want to work with me, get in touch.
Great design doesn’t happen in a vacuum. It’s an ongoing journey to perfection, which revolves around iteration. It’s a sum of hard work, dedication and talent.
Every design starts with research. It’s all about you, so there’s no compromise. The more I know about your organisation and your goals for a project, the better my understanding of how to help you.
Preparation is everything. During this stage, I take all the information gathered in the previous step and create a plan of approach, with a basic product definition and an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) roadmap.
This is a quick and easy way to validate ideas. I start by figuring out smaller components, then move onto bigger things. This step is all about refining rough concepts into something more substantial: a solid blueprint to build with.
I use this step to translate everything we’ve come with so far to a working solution. Every component gets to play its part, gets its own skin and is being constantly evaluated. You get to see your ideas come to life, whether through static mockups or interactive prototypes.
Testing allows me to identify design flaws, refine concepts and apply this knowledge to make a better product. It happens during the entire project lifecycle, so if something doesn’t work well, I can quickly find out why and fix it, even if it means going back to a drawing board.
Once we have reached our MVP, tested it thoroughly, we can finally launch it. The best thing to do now, is to listen to user feedback and improve over and over, to make sure your customers enjoy using your product or service, as much as we did building it.
If you need an interface designer for your project, I might just be the guy. Tell me what you have in mind and we'll see if we are a good fit.
